Terms of service
These terms apply to the RUMBLORB game provided by GYUFORGE.

1. Using the game
RUMBLORB provides stages, marble upgrades and items. Advertising, account linking, progress backups and in-app products depend on the app version and service availability. Some features require an internet connection.
2. Accounts and saves
You may use a guest account or supported Google account linking. If app data is removed or guest credentials expire before an account is linked, recovery may be difficult. Check linking and backup status before changing devices or removing app data. Balances and purchases from different accounts are not merged automatically.
3. Purchases and refunds
When paid products are available, their contents and prices appear on the purchase screen and payment is processed by Google Play. Credits, items and tickets are for use within the game. Refund and cancellation rights follow applicable law and Google Play policies. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. For a missing purchase or an error, contact us with the order number and issue. Do not send passwords or purchase tokens.
Permanent stage ad removal
This non-consumable product removes stage-challenge interstitial ads with one payment. Optional rewarded ads for credits remain available. There is no subscription or renewal charge. After reinstalling or changing devices, you can request purchase restoration using the same Google Play account used to buy the product. Ad removal applies after our server verifies the valid purchase. This restores only ad removal; it does not transfer progress, credits or items to another game account. Ad removal may be revoked if the purchase is cancelled or invalidated by a refund. Check the Google Play purchase screen for the final price and currency.
4. Advertising and rewards
The game may display interstitial and rewarded ads. A rewarded-ad benefit is granted when the conditions displayed in the app are met and ad completion is confirmed. Ads may be unavailable because of inventory or network problems.
5. Fair use
Do not use another person’s account, falsify payments or rewards, attack the service, or obtain currency or content through unauthorized methods. We may restrict use in response to verified abuse, taking its scope and impact into account. Questions or appeals can be sent to our contact email.
6. Privacy and account closure
See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention. You can request deletion using the account deletion page. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server account.
7. Changes and responsibility
Updates, maintenance, network issues or platform outages may change or temporarily interrupt features. Changes affecting use are communicated through the app or official information pages. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Paid use by minors may require a legal guardian’s consent under applicable law.
